Mortenson will serve as the contractor for the Woodward project, to be called the Woodward Technology Center.
The open house will cover subjects including traffic, trails and the project’s timeline. Lot preparation is expected to begin in August, according to a release from the city. Building construction will begin in 2014.
The open house will take place from 4 to 7 p.m. on July 31 in the Training Room of the City’s Streets Department at 625 Ninth St.
The Woodward Technology Center will serve as new headquarters for Woodward, and is expected to employ between 1,400 and 1,700 people at full build-out.
