Cimarron Plaza sold for $2 million

FORT COLLINS — Cimarron Plaza, a retail center at the southwest corner of Drake Road and Shields Street, has been sold for just over $2 million.

The 12,475-square-foot center was acquired by Kims Investments Inc., a corporation based in Nebraska. The shopping center is 90-percent occupied by five existing tenants.

The new owner will search for a tenant to occupy the remaining space, which consists of about 1,521 square feet.
