Chrisland breaks ground on new development

FORT COLLINS – Timberline Shops, an affiliate of Chrisland Commercial Real Estate, will develop a 4,500 square foot retail building at 2638 S. Timberline Road in Fort Collins.

The building will be located within an existing shopping center anchored by King Soopers at the intersection of Timberline Road and Custer Drive. The building is already fully leased, with Qdoba expected to occupy 2,700 square feet and TCBY to occupy 1,800 square feet.

This will be the 12th Qdoba location in Northern Colorado and the seventh TCBY. Both tenants are anticipating opening for business in late summer 2012.

Solar Operations and Maintenance for Commercial Properties

One key qualification to consider when selecting a solar partner to install your system is whether they have an Operations and Maintenance (O&M) or service department. Since solar is a long-term asset with an expected lifecycle of 30 plus years, ongoing O&M should be considered up front. A trusted O&M partner will maximize your system’s energy output and therefor the return on your investment.

The building was designed by The Architects’ Studio and will be built by Dohn Construction, both of Fort Collins.
