WomenGive, a program of United Way of Larimer County, was started in Larimer County in 2006 as an opportunity for women in our community to come together to help other women.

“The Bromley Companies established a solid foundation for the future of Altamira and are thrilled to have Walton advance the project for the town of Lochbuie,” said Martin Roth, vice president of land services at CBRE Group Inc., who along with Eric Roth of CBRE represented The Bromley Companies in the deal.

Steve Stamy, Lochbuie’s town administrator, said Friday that the project has been platted, but construction has yet to begin.

“Walton is excited about our first acquisition in Denver and we look forward to working with local stakeholders in Lochbuie to design and plan a community where people live, work and play,” said Kip Gillilend, senior vice president of Walton Asset Management, in a prepared statement. Gillilend is located at the Walton Group’s U.S. headquarters in Scottsdale, Ariz. The Walton Group has about 97,000 acres of land under administration and management, according to the statement.

The Bromley Companies, based in Greenwood Village, served as the lead developer of the 1600-acre Bromley Park community in Brighton before it started on Altamira.
