The company is currently at 4755 Walnut St., subletting about 3,000 square feet of space at the back of the Eco-Products Inc., building.
CampMinder’s founder and chief executive Dan Konigsberg said the company has outgrown the space, and he wanted to move to a space where the business will have plenty of room to grow without the distraction of another move for awhile.
“We’ve been growing pretty rapidly for the last several years, and we just needed to step it up a notch,” Konigsberg said.
CampMinder does not release revenue figures. But since moving the 12-year-old company from New York to Boulder in 2008, Konigsberg said it has grown from three employees to 25, about 22 of whom live in Boulder.
Konigsberg said the company’s growth has come without venture capital or debt, and has largely been driven by word of mouth within the camping industry.
“We put ourselves in a position where we’re listening to industry leaders so we can understand what the industry needs, and so we can be innovative through working with our clients,” Konigsberg said.
