The company will relocate to the new building from its current headquarters at 3003 E. Harmony Road. The new office will be located at the northwest corner of Lady Moon Drive and Precision Drive.
Brinkman will occupy the first floor of the building, taking up 15,000 square feet. The second flood of the building will remain available for other office users, according to a release from Brinkman.
Groundbreaking is expected to occur on the project in the first quarter, and Brinkman will occupy the building in the fourth quarter.
Brinkman was founded in 2005 by brothers Kevin and Paul Brinkman. In that time, the company has grown from five employees to more than 80.
The company provides property management and construction services, as well as a number of other real estate services.
Brinkman’s internal departments will develop the property, construct the building and lease the upper floor, according to the release.
