Brinkman Partners opens Old Town office

FORT COLLINS — Brinkman Partners has opened a second brokerage office in the Fort Collins Museum of Art building in Old Town.

Brinkman purchased the museum building, located at 201 S. College Ave., in August and has opened its office on the second floor.

“Old Town is poised to see significant growth in the next five years,” Josh Guernsey, managing broker and partner at Brinkman, said in explaining the move.

The company has completed several deals in Old Town in recent months, and is working on completing a second development next to its Mason Street Flats mixed-use project.

Brinkman has also added 25 employees in the last year.

The office will serve as a satellite office for the commercial brokerage arm of Brinkman, focusing on leasing, sales, investment acquisitions and development opportunities.
