Brinkman has been selected as the general contractor for Baseline Crossing, a commercial infill development to be located at 2900 Baseline Drive. The development will consist of two buildings totaling 17,000 square feet.
Amante Coffee will occupy 1,800 square feet and Cafe Mexicali, a Fort Collins-based Mexican restaurant, will open a location in 4,000 square feet. Both spaces will include rooftop decks.
Brinkman is also working with Del Mar Interests and the Woodbury Corporation to construct Plaza on Broadway, a 159-bed student housing project in 98,208 square feet. The project will redevelop two existing fraternity houses directly across from the University of Colorado campus at 955 Broadway.
The project will also include 82 underground parking spaces and rentable underground storage. It will also be the first Green Globe certified multi-family project in Boulder. Move-in will begin in fall 2013.
Brinkman is also working with Boulder Hospitality, a local development firm, on a Hampton Inn & Suites located at 6333 Lookout Road. The hotel will encompass 69,100 square feet and Brinkman will also work to lease three pad sites directly adjacent to the hotel.
