Boulderites open design-build firm in Denver

DENVER – Boulder natives Josh Fiester and Kent Simpson, with more than 30 years combined experience in residential and commercial construction, have partnered to launch Factor Design Build in Denver.

Factor Design Build recently opened an office at 3246 Larimer St.

Factor Design Build is offering an integrated, end-to-end design, architecture and construction team for new construction and remodeling projects.
