BOULDER – The Boulder-based Keneth C. Schneider Family Limited Partnership LLP closed last week on the $6,046,000 purchase of the Hilltop Plaza retail center at 1310 College Ave. on University Hill in Boulder.

The local group bought the 25,770-square-foot building from GCP Hilltop Plaza LLC, an Illinois-based entity, according to Colorado Secretary of State documents. Becky Callan Gamble of Dean Callan and Co. represented the buyer.
