Boulder partnership pays $6 million for Hilltop Plaza
The local group bought the 25,770-square-foot building from GCP Hilltop Plaza LLC, an Illinois-based entity, according to Colorado Secretary of State documents. Becky Callan Gamble of Dean Callan and Co. represented the buyer.
Tenants in the building at the southeast corner of 13th Street and College Avenue include Chase Bank, student co-working space Spark Boulder and several food court users. The Boulder Police Department also leases space in the building.
