Boulder city council votes to make offer to buy BCH’s Broadway campus

The Boulder city council on Tuesday night voted to make an offer to purchase Boulder Community Health’s Broadway campus.

The Daily Camera reports that the hospital has set a deadline for offers of June 29, causing unrest among some council members who worry about the city getting involved in a bidding war.

BCH moved most of its services that remained at the Broadway campus to its new Foothills Campus last fall. The hospital is in the process of finding space for its employees and services that remain on Broadway.
