Boulder-based SendGrid shifts California location

BOULDER – Boulder isn’t the only place SendGrid Inc. is on the move.
Two months after the email delivery and transaction company expanded into a new headquarters in Boulder, SendGrid announced on Monday that it has moved its Southern California presence from Anaheim to downtown Orange.
The company said in a press release that it expects the move to help attract new talent contribute to SendGrid’s culture.
“SendGrid places a strong emphasis on our company culture and we continue to invest in creating workspaces that inspire our employees and help them foster strong connections both in and out of the office,” SendGrid chief executive Jim Franklin said in a statement. “Our company’s gifted founders are based in Orange County and we hope our new office will help us draw even more high-caliber talent from the local technology and business community.”
SendGrid employs 70 people at its Boulder headquarters, 107 at its Denver location, and 48 in Orange.
