Boulder-based group buys apartments in Fort Collins

FORT COLLINS – A Boulder-based family business has acquired a 22-unit town-home complex in Fort Collins for $2.8 million.

Walnut & Main LLC, through its entity TBTB LLC, bought the Campion Villas at 1517-1525 West Elizabeth St. from URDA LLC, a family-operated entity, and has renamed the complex the Townhomes @ Ram’s Crossing.

Walnut & Main, made up of Charles Gower, Frank Gower, Cheryl Dipanfilo and Jo Stoeber, owns several apartment complexes in Fort Collins including The Lofts at Ram’s Crossing, Ram’s Crossing @ Campus, Campus Flats @ Ram’s Crossing and Ram’s Crossing West.
