Bosch offering lots near Longmont for custom homes

LONGMONT – Bosch Real Estate Group recently purchased 16 lots in Boulder County and is marketing the sites to people wanting to build luxury custom homes.

The sites, from three-quarter to one acre in size, are located in the Summerlin neighborhood that nestles up to the southwest edge of Longmont’s city limits off Airport Road.

Bosch has a wide variety of plans to maximize views of the mountains and the massive trees that surround the area. Bosch purchased the lots in May for $2 million under the entity name Summerlin, according to public records.

Boulder-based Masterwork Home Co. is the preferred estate home builder; however, some sites are available for homeowners to use the builder of their choice.

Home sites start from the $200,000s, homes are starting from the $800,000s.

“Several buyers are already designing their custom homes, to be built this year,” said sales representative Brian Terry. “It is wonderful to make fully custom homes available to homebuyers on estate lots. Our area has been lacking a custom-home option for several years.”

The Summerlin neighborhood connects to a bike-path system that eventually will connect with Niwot.

Summerlin is less than 10 minutes to Boulder, close to three new schools, shopping and restaurants, major employers and medical facilities.  It is 30 minutes from Rocky Mountain National Park, and 45 minutes to Denver International Airport or downtown Denver.
