The site just off of Airport Road will consist of 13 homes ranging from $650,000 to $850,000. The two-story, ranch and walk-out floor plans are offered in a variety of styles ranging from Mountain Contemporary to Old World European designs.
Ranch designs will be approximately 2,300 square feet. Two-story designs will have about 3,800 square feet, and up to 6,000 square feet including basement space.
