Big Red F Restaurant Group launching GoodBird Kitchen chain in Longmont
Boulder-based Big Red F Restaurant Group is launching a fast-casual fried chicken restaurant chain, with its first location slated for a November opening in Longmont.
The Times-Call reports that GoodBird Kitchen will take over the space recently vacated by 3 Margaritas Mexican restaurant at 1268 Hover Road near the under-construction Village at the Peaks shopping center.
Big Red F owns 10 restaurants, including The Post Brewing Company in Lafayette, the group’s first foray into the fried chicken theme. The company’s restaurants also include Jax Fish House in Boulder and Fort Collins and Zolo Grill, Centro Latin Kitchen and The West End Tavern in Boulder.
