BusinessDen.com reports that Laura Barton, the widow of former Liberty Media CEO Peter Barton, has donated $10 million to the University of Denver for a new Barton Institute of Philanthropy and Social Enterprise.
The gift follows Walter Scott Jr.’s $53.3 million mega gift to the Colorado State University College of Engineering last week.
