BBB announces Torch Award nominees

The Better Business Bureau serving Northern Colorado and Southern Wyoming has announced 19 nominees for its 2013 Torch Awards for Business Ethics.

The Torch Awards honor businesses that uphold high standards in relationships with customers, suppliers and shareholders; show honesty and integrity in marketing and advertising; and give back to their communities.

2013 will mark the Torch Awards’ 15th year.

Business Cares: April 2024

In Colorado, 1 in 3 women, 1 in 3 men and 1 in 2 transgender individuals will experience an attempted or completed sexual assault in their lifetime. During April, we recognize Sexual Assault Awareness Month with the hopes of increasing conversations about this very important issue.

A panel of judges will review submissions made on behalf of the businesses by students from CSU, UNC and the University of Wyoming. Finalists will be announced in March and the awards will be presented in April at the Lincoln Center in Fort Collins.
