Pulmonologists David Kukafka, MD, and Ravi Nallamothu, MD, will be on site at the clinic to see patients. Family medicine, pediatrics and internal medicine are also practiced at the clinic.
Banner Health Center opened on Drake Road in Fort Collins last fall, and is part of Banner Medical Group, which is a team of more than 900 physicians located in several states, including Colorado.
