Bad Daddy’s Burger Bar sets Sept. 2 opening for Foothills mall

FORT COLLINS — A Bad Daddy’s Burger Bar is scheduled to open Friday, Sept. 2, in the redeveloped Foothills mall in Fort Collins, the company announced Friday.

The burger bar will be adjacent to Cinemark Theaters at 347 E. Foothills Parkway, Unit 110.

The burger chain, owned and operated by Lakewood-based Good Times Restaurants Inc., has eight other Bad Daddy restaurants in Colorado, including one that recently opened at the new Village at the Peaks open-air shopping center that replaced the Twin Peaks Mall in Longmont.

The chain serves gourmet burgers, such as the Bacon Cheeseburger on Steroids and the Bad Ass Burger, plus chopped salads, specialty sides and appetizers. The restaurant also offers a gluten-free menu and features regional chef specials that incorporate Colorado flavors and ingredients.

The restaurant in Fort Collins will offer craft beers from Fort Collins’ Funkwerks, Zwei Brewing Co., New Belgium Brewery and Black Bottle Brewing Co.

Good Times Restaurant Inc.  operates, franchises and licenses 18 Bad Daddy’s restaurants in Colorado and Wyoming. The restaurant in Fort Collins is company-owned. It also operates and franchises Good Times Burgers & Frozen Custard, a regional chain of quick-service restaurants located primarily in Colorado.
