Atlanta company to acquire Denver-based ReadyTalk

DENVER — An Atlanta-based software company is acquiring ReadyTalk, a Denver-based cloud conferencing company.

The Denver Business Journal reports that Premier Global Services Inc. (NYSE: PGI) has signed a deal to purchase ReadyTalk, in a deal that is expected to close in January. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

ReadyTalk produces technology used in cloud-based conferencing and communications.
