FORT COLLINS – After months of delays, Arc Thrift Store will relocate to a space in the Midtown Commons Shopping Center in Fort Collins, following a long negotiation process between Arc and Foothills Mall owner Alberta Development Partners.
The store will occupy 25,776 square feet in Midtown Commons, according to Maggie Scivicque, Arc’s marketing director.
Arc is currently located in an outbuilding near Foothills and its failure to reach agreement with Alberta was one of the factors that has delayed the redevelopment. Alberta made it clear early in the redevelopment process that it wanted to remove Arc from the mall property as part of the redevelopment, but until this week, the two parties could not reach agreement on a relocation package.
Arc will remain in its current location at 106 E. Foothills Parkway until renovations are completed on the new building at 2701 S. College Ave. No. 100. The Midtown Commons Shopping Center also includes the JoAnn Fabric and Dollar Tree stores.
