Ways to thank a caregiver

If you have a caregiver or know someone who has been serving as a primary caregiver, March 3rd is the day to reach out and show them how much they are valued!

Blaugrund said the building’s core and shell have been completed and next on tap is to build out tenant improvements for Apex Movement.

Parkour is the sport of moving rapidly through an area, typically in an urban environment, negotiating obstacles by running, jumping and climbing.

The building was designed by Boulder-based PEH Architects and built by Longmont-based Golden Triangle Construction. It has energy-efficient designs, including skylights and LED lighting, dock-high and drive-in loading, ad storefront glass entries.

Boulder-based Apex Movement LLC was founded in 2006 by Ryan Ford. The company licenses the brands to individual gym owners. Justin Sikkema is the owner and general manager of the gym being moved from Boulder to Louisville.

Jason Kruse of the Colorado Group Inc., and Chris Ball and Joe Krahn of Cushman and Wakefield represented the landlord. Matt Burton and Mike Statter of Cresa Partners represented the tenant.

There is an Apex Movement parkour gym in Fort Collins at the Mulberry Commercial Park.
