Apartment complex in Broomfield sells for $64.5M

BROOMFIELD — The Asher Investment Group in Littleton has acquired the Alta Harvest Station luxury apartments in Broomfield for $64.5 million, according to public records.

The Alta Harvest Station apartments are located at the southeast corner of Wadsworth Boulevard and 118th Avenue. They were built by Atlanta-based Wood Partners from 2012 to 2014 at an estimated cost of $40.2 million, according to city of Broomfield records.

The 297-unit, three-story apartment complex is a gated community located on 13.75 acres, across U.S. Highway 36 from the 1stBank Center. Alta Harvest Station consists of 13 buildings housing 175 one-bedroom units, 107 two-bedroom units and 15 three-bedroom units averaging 940 square feet.
