American Pacific Mortgage opening office in Broomfield

BROOMFIELD — California-based American Pacific Mortgage Corp. has leased space in the Interlocken business park in Broomfield where it will move operations from an office in Thornton.

American Pacific leased 3,099 square feet of Class A office space in the 10-story 380 Interlocken Crescent building, according to a transaction report released by Newmark Grubb Knight Frank, a commercial real estate service firm.

Dustin Block of American Pacific said the company closed its office in Thornton and is moving it to Interlocken. John Travis will head the office that will have six employees, Block said.

American Pacific has offices in eight western states including Colorado, where it  has branches in Greenwood Village, Denver and Colorado Springs.
