Amazon to add 1,000 jobs for new Aurora fulfillment center
AURORA — Amazon will open a 1 million-square-foot fulfillment center in Aurora, bringing 1,000 jobs to the region.
The Denver Post reports that the online retailer will build the center near the Interstate 70/E-470 interchange on East 19th Avenue in the Prologis Park 70 industrial park. Amazon also operates a 450,000-square-foot sortation center in Aurora that opened in June.
