AllProWebTools in hiring mode following move to Loveland

LOVELAND — Having parlayed its 18 months at the Innosphere startup incubator in Fort Collins into a steepened growth curve, software company AllProWebTools has moved back to Loveland, setting up shop in a 1,325-square-foot space at 1339 S. Garfield Ave.

AllProWebTools, officially 1on1 Business LLC, makes a software platform that helps small businesses manage everything from their online web content to marketing to contacts to employee tasks to sales. The company had been based at 2956 Ginnala Dr. in Loveland before moving into Innosphere.

The company grew from three employees to nine while it was housed at Innosphere, and company spokeswoman Andrea Lotz said Wednesday that AllProWebTools is hoping to at least double that count over the next year. The company is already listing openings for a web designer, customer service representative and sales representatives.

Solar Operations and Maintenance for Commercial Properties

One key qualification to consider when selecting a solar partner to install your system is whether they have an Operations and Maintenance (O&M) or service department. Since solar is a long-term asset with an expected lifecycle of 30 plus years, ongoing O&M should be considered up front. A trusted O&M partner will maximize your system’s energy output and therefor the return on your investment.

“I started AllProWebTools to support small business — the backbone of America’s economy,” founder Dave Kramer said in a press release. “My team and I are very excited to rejoin the thriving entrepreneurial ecosystem of Loveland. … This new office space gives us the room we need to grow.”

AllProWebTools was founded about five years ago, and launched its platform in 2012. But Version 3 of the software, launched in June 2014, gave the company its first major momentum. The company just launched Version 4 of its toolkit in September, and has doubled its customer base in 2015.

Revenue is projected to hit $240,000 this year and $535,000 next year.

Fort Collins-based Innosphere is a nonprofit that assists tech companies in a variety of industries — energy and advanced materials, digital health, bioscience, and software/hardware — with things such as launching their businesses, crafting business models, building teams and raising capital.

Lotz said AllProWebTools has so far been bootstrapped, without any outside investment. She said the time spent at Innosphere provided a big boost for the company.

“Innosphere was awesome,” Lotz said. “We got to access our own personal advisor who helped us work on our strategy. We’re excited to implement the things we learned at our new location.”
