Alaska investors pay $16.6M for OtterBox warehouse in Frederick
FREDERICK — Pacific Acquisitions LLC, a real estate investment firm based in Anchorage, Alaska, has acquired the warehouse in Frederick that is leased to Fort Collins-based Otter Products LLC.
Using the two entities AK Consolidated 17 LLC and Novious Properties LLC, Pacific Acquisitions paid $16.6 million for the 200,400-square-foot building that Otter Products uses as a national distribution center.
Built in 2006, the building initially was home to the Cambium Learning Inc.

The seller, Minnetonka, Minn.-based investment firm Founders Properties LLC, used the entity Oire Colo C LLC, according to public records. Founders Properties was formed by Best Buy founder Richard Schulze and the late Gerald Rauenhorst, founder of The Opus Group.
Founders owned the Coal Creek Business Park Corporate Center in Louisville from 2011 to 2015.
