The customer-service representatives will answer inbound calls from Afni clients customers and help with product, service and billing questions. The company serves the telecommunications, insurance, financial services and health care industries in Colorado, Illinois, Alabama, Arizona, Florida and Kentucky.

The company’s Evans location has grown quickly since the call center opened in 2010 with 250 employees. Afni said earlier this year that it would hire another 50 employees to add to its 400 staffers.
