$4.5 million senior-living complex planned for Brighton

BRIGHTON — A $4.5 million senior living complex will break ground in Brighton this month.

According to a news release from US Bank, which supplied the financing for Libretto Apartments, the first phase of the 26,000-square-foot complex will include 28 of the eventual total 70 units.

The development is expected to be complete in September.
