30 local companies make Inc. 5000 list of fastest growing

Boulder-based Minute Key Inc. is ranked 11th on Inc. magazine’s annual list of the 5,000 fastest growing private companies in the country, heading a group of 30 companies from the Boulder Valley and Northern Colorado that were included.
 
Inc. ranked companies based on their three-year revenue growth percentage from 2010 to 2013.
 
Minute Key, the only Colorado company listed in the top 100, makes self-service automated key duplication kiosks for use at large chain retailers.
 
Founded in 2008, Minute Key had $15.7 million in revenue in 2013, up 14,588 percent from $107,446 in 2010 according to Inc.’s rankings. The company reported an addition of 93 employees over the past three years, giving it a total of 113.
