276-unit apartment complex to go before Longmont planning commission

The Longmont planning and zoning commission on Wednesday night will consider whether to approve a request for a 20-acre lot at the southwest corner of Airport Road and Clover Basin Drive be split into two to make way for a 276-unit apartment complex.

The Times-Call reports that the apartments would be built on a 14-acre western portion of the property, with the rest slated for future commercial development by property owner Actis LLC.
