LOVELAND — Bubba’s Foods LLC, a snack company, has raised $500,000 in capital.
The Loveland-based manufacturing company is seeking $750,000 in total, according to a Form D filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, Aug. 14. The company is offering up securities to be acquired at a later date and convertible promissory notes.
