Frontier posts its lowest complaint rate of 2017

DENVER — Frontier Airlines had its lowest complaint rate of the year in June.

The U.S. Department of Transportation reported that Frontier had a rate of complaints that was 1.86 per every 100,000 boarding passengers, according to the Denver Business Journal. 

It’s a fraction of what complaints were in January — 7.87 per 100,000. February was 2.1, March had 3.39, 2.42 in April and May had 3.01 complaints per 100,000 boarding passengers.

Still, Frontier was higher than the complaint average in June across the 12 biggest U.S. airlines, which was 1.43 per 100,000 boarding customers.
