Boulder-based gluten-free bread maker raises $80,000
BOULDER — Etalia Foods LLC, a maker of gluten-free bread and pizza dough available in natural-food grocers and restaurants along the Front Range, has raised $80,000 in capital.
The Boulder-based bread maker is seeking a total of $500,000, according to a Form D filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, Aug. 2. BizWest was not able to reach Etalia for comment at time of publication.
Etalia was founded by Kristin Carman, who started the company after learning of her own gluten intolerance, according to the company’s website.
