LOVELAND — The Wintergreen Shops, a retail center in north Loveland, has sold for $3.4 million.
Rhys Christensen and Van De War, who developed and owned the center, sold it to the entity Wintergreen8 LLC, registered to Jon Kogut of Boulder, according to documents filed with the Secretary of State.

Wintergreen Shops at 235-257 W. 64th St., has 11,118 square feet of retail space. Tenants include Domino’s, Edward Jones and Loveland Modern Dentistry. The property was 93 percent occupied at the time of the sale.
The new owners will be handling the leasing and management of the property.
Commercial real estate brokerage Cushman & Wakefield announced this week the sale that took place June 20.
Aki Palmer and Jim Palmer of Cushman & Wakefield in Fort Collins represented the buyer, and Chase Christensen of Cushman & Wakefield in Fort Collins represented the sellers.
