Previously, Kline was the founder, president and CEO of Medivance Inc., which developed  therapeutic hypothermia treatment for critically ill patients. Empowering communities

Rocky Mountain Health Plans (RMHP), part of the UnitedHealthcare family, has pledged its commitment to uplift these communities through substantial investments in organizations addressing the distinct needs of our communities.

“JustRight Surgical is gaining momentum in the marketplace and due to personal considerations, I felt it was an ideal time to reduce my involvement with the company to my board responsibilities,” Lindemann said in a prepared statement.

JustRight’s surgical instruments enable less-invasive surgical techniques in small patients, ultimately reducing scarring, pain and hospital stays. All of JustRight’s products are designed and manufactured in the United States.
