Cherry Creek apartment complex sells for $127 million, one of largest sales this year
DENVER — A Cherry Hill apartment complex sold for $127 million, making it the largest real estate deal of the year for Arapahoe County.
Kent Place Residences is a 300-unit complex in Englewood at the northwest corner of Hampden Avenue and University Boulevard. The apartment was sold to Kent Place Holdings for more than $422,000 per-unit, according to BusinessDen.
Kent Place Residences were built in 2014. Forum Real Estate Group, the developers and the sellers, bought the land for $7.9 million in 2010.
