Boulder-based web company raises more than $2.5 million
BOULDER — Stream.io Inc., a web-development company that helps customers build and scale social media activity streams, has raised $2.8 million.
The Boulder-based company, which participated in Techstars New York, is looking to raised $3 million, according to a Form D filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on July 12. To raise the capital, the company is offering equity.
Stream.io did not return a request for more information.
