Solar Operations and Maintenance for Commercial Properties

One key qualification to consider when selecting a solar partner to install your system is whether they have an Operations and Maintenance (O&M) or service department. Since solar is a long-term asset with an expected lifecycle of 30 plus years, ongoing O&M should be considered up front. A trusted O&M partner will maximize your system’s energy output and therefor the return on your investment.

Building One will be a 172,200-square-foot facility with a 30-foot clear height, 29 dock-high doors, eight grade-level doors and a 1.8/1,000 parking ratio.

Buildings Two and Three are designed to the same specifications of 58,500 square feet, 24-foot clear heights, four dock-high and 10 grade-level doors with a 3.0/1,000 parking ratio.

Accommodating a single tenant, Building Four features 35,000 square feet with a 24-foot clear height, two dock-high doors, two grade-level doors, and a 1.0/1,000 parking ratio.

The buildings will have fire protection sprinkler systems, flexible office space to-suit and sizable truck courts.
