The Group names Cass managing broker of office at Centerra

LOVELAND — Pamela Cass will lead residential brokerage The Group Inc. Real Estate’s office at Centerra in Loveland as managing broker and partner.

Cass, a Realtor since 2007 and a Group broker/partner since 2013, previously was based at The Group’s office on Harmony Road in Fort Collins.

Cass will lead a team of 42 brokers at the Centerra office.

Cass will be responsible for coaching, mentoring and developing staff and brokers at the Centerra location.

In addition to her management responsibilities, she will serve on the board for The Group Gives — The Group Inc.’s charitable arm — and serve as secretary for the Future of Housing Community Foundation.

Cass is a director for the Fort Collins Board of Realtors and will be its chairwoman in 2018.

Cass earned a bachelor’s degree in management from Colorado State University and a master’s in management from Regis University.
