Boulder diaper company seeking $10 million in capital
BOULDER — Everyone’s Earth Inc. has raised $662,080 in capital and is seeking about $10 million, according to a Form D the company filed with the Securities & Exchange Commission.
The Boulder-based company, which formerly operated under Tommie for Mommie Inc., manufacturers diapers for infants and adults.
The company is owned by Thomas Kallish, according to filings, and Christopher Leyes is the CEO. Leyes did not return a request for comment.
