Swisslog leases space at Circle Point as part of new HQ hub

WESTMINSTER — Swisslog Healthcare has signed a lease for office space at the Circle Point Corporate Campus in Westminster that will be part of its new headquarters hub in the Boulder-Denver Corridor.

The 29,731-square-foot office space was the final piece in completing Swisslog Healthcare’s goal to relocate its global headquarters from Denver’s Montbello industrial neighborhood to the tech-savvy Boulder-Denver Corridor along U.S. Highway 36.

Swisslog will take the top floor of Circle Point 2, 11080 Circle Point Drive, located directly across 112th Avenue where Swisslog’s 67,779-square-foot technology center is being built at Interpark in Broomfield by United Properties. West 112th Avenue separates the cities of Broomfield and Westminster.

In April, Swisslog changed plans for the location of its new headquarters from Arista in Broomfield to Interpark.

Swisslog Healthcare designs, manufactures and installs pneumatic-tube systems for hospitals. Its parent company specializes in developing software to run its automated systems for material transport, medication management and supply-chain management in health-care facilities, data centers and warehouses.

Jones Lang LaSalle (NYSE: JLL) brokers Jason White, Billy Byrne and Mitch Zatz represented Swisslog on both leases — a 10-year lease at Circle Point and a 15-year lease at Interpark. Swisslog will move into the Circle Point space in January.
