Denver’s Snow Show sells
DENVER — SnowSports Industries America has approved the sale of one of Colorado Convention Center’s largest events, the SIA Snow Show.
The Denver Business Journal reports that the event sold to the parent company of Outdoor Retailer, another large trade event.
The move could be a big benefit for Colorado leaders, who have been trying to woo the Outdoor Retailer event away from Salt Lake City. Outdoor Retailer has trade events in the summer and winter.

Future iterations will have the two conventions combined, although it’s unclear where the events will be held.
