Dohn named chairwoman of BBB serving NoCo, Wyoming

FORT COLLINS — Connie Dohn, vice president of Dohn Construction in Fort Collins, has been elected chairwoman of the Better Business Bureau Serving Northern Colorado and Wyoming.

Dohn takes over for Richard Pearson, Colorado market president for Western States Bank, who had

been serving as chairman for the organization’s board of directors.

Cindy Alexander, business director for Pinnacol Assurance, will serve as treasurer for the 2017-18 term.

Board members include Craig Blackburn, director of ethics and compliance at Woodward Inc.; Laurie Macomber, owner, Blue Skies Marketing; Ty Notestine, owner/partner, Thomas & Tyler LLC; Rayno Seaser, president, The Egg & I; Jeannine Truswell, president/CEO, United Way of Weld County; and Beth Walker, dean, Colorado State University College of Business.

The board of directors determines the Better Business Bureau’s policies and performance as governed by the bylaws, and it is responsible for approval or revocation of BBB accredited businesses.
