Boulder-based Tendril Networks raises $5M in capital

BOULDER — Energy intelligence platform Tendril Networks Inc. has raised more than $5 million in capital.

The Boulder-based technology firm is just $217,000 shy of its $5.3 million goal, according to a Form D it filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission earlier this month. Tendril, which did not return requests for comment, is offering equity and filed its notice on May 8.

Tendril Networks has locations in Boulder, Denver and Rotterdam in the Netherlands. The company’s software platform uses data to analyze how energy products are marketed and consumed for energy customers.
