LONGMONT — Greenwood Village-based Bellco Credit Union said on Tuesday it will open a branch at the Village at the Peaks outdoor shopping area in Longmont.

Construction is underway on the 2,400-square-foot branch at 1250 S. Hover St., No. 200. It is expected to open in July.

This will be Bellco’s 24th branch and second in Boulder County. The credit union operates a branch in Louisville that opened in 2016. The credit union has approximately 300,000 members and $3.7 billion in assets.

“This is an important location for Bellco as we’re committed to expanding to areas where we have a growing member base,” said John Rivera, Bellco’s senior vice president and chief retail officer.

The branch in Longmont will offer free checking, savings, home mortgages and auto loans. The branch will have one Express Teller Machine and 24-hour ATM access. Its lobby will be open Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., and on Saturday from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.
