Majestic Realty plans huge warehouse in Adams County
ADAMS COUNTY — Majestic Realty, a California-based developer of business parks, soon will breaK ground on a massive new warehouse building in Aurora.
BusinessDen reports that the company will build a $30 million, 700,000-square-foot spec warehouse, with construction set to begin in June. The building will be located on the northeast quadrant of Interstate 70 and Tower Road.
Construction will conclude in in 2018.
