Hensel Phelps expands Colorado presence with office in Thornton

THORNTON — Greeley-based general contractor Hensel Phelps Construction Co. has leased space in Thornton, where it will open an office, expanding its presence in Colorado.

Hensel Phelps leased 17,425 square feet of space at 12121 Grant St. and is in the process of building out the office.

Allan Bliesmer, a vice president and the plains district manager for the company, said the new office will give Hensel Phelps the ability to enhance its development, construction and facility services to its clients.
