Alabama company acquires Colorado-based Zen Planner

HIGHLANDS RANCH — A Birmingham, Ala.-based company has purchased a software firm based in Highlands Ranch.

The Denver Business Journal reports that Daxho acquired Zen Planner, which produces software that enables gyms, fitness studios and martial-arts schools to manage their operations.

Zen Planner employs 88 people in Highlands Ranch. The software is in use by 5,500 facilities.
